Drug Disposal Drop Box

A drug disposal drop-box is now located in the conference room on the 1st floor of police headquarters, #1370 Route 31 North. It is available to the public from 8:30 am through 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unused and unwanted tablets, capsules, and other common forms of prescription and over-the-counter medications are accepted. However, illegal drugs, needles, lotions, liquids, inhalers, aerosol cans, thermometers, and hydrogen peroxide are not accepted. After normal business hours, you may dial 908-735-6000 and select option 2 to speak with dispatch to find out if an officer is available to help.
