What is the administrative division
The Administrative Division is the logistical element of the Police Department and takes care of daily and long-range needs to ensure operational readiness. It’s most visible responsibility is that of managing all police reports and records. The Records Bureau is within the Administrative Division and handles all requests for records under Discovery, the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), and Common Law.
The Administrative Division is commanded by Lt. Harry P. Bugal Jr. who reports to Chief Thomas DeRosa.
