Patrol division

The Patrol Division is considered the backbone of our police department. The 26 sworn men and women serve the township residents 24 hours a day 365 days a year on rotating 12 hours shifts. These officers respond to thousands of calls for service each year. They respond to emergencies, requests for police services and quality of life issues. In addition, they conduct proactive patrols responsible for criminal interdiction and traffic enforcement. The primary mission of the Patrol Division is protecting life and property as well as ensuring a positive quality of life for all the residents of Clinton Township.

The Patrol Division is supervised by the Operation Division Commander, Lt. Jeff Glennon and each Squad is Supervised by an assigned Sergeant.
